These terms are an agreement between you and Spray Live Technologies, a business registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria (BN 9957262), of 03A, near Domino's Pizza, Ebute bus stop, Ikorodu, Lagos State, Nigeria, the operator of Spray. By creating an account or sending a spray, you agree to them.

1. What Spray does

Spray lets creators receive voluntary payments ("sprays") from their fans and show them live on stream. Payments are processed by Monnify (Moniepoint), a licensed payment provider. Spray never holds creators' money: each payment is split by Monnify and the creator's share is sent to the creator's own bank account.

2. Fees

Spray keeps 5% of each successful spray. This includes payment processing costs. There are no monthly fees. The fee in force at the time of a spray is the one that applies to it.

3. Creator accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and give true information about yourself and your bank account.
• To receive an account number, Monnify may need your BVN or NIN. It is sent to Monnify only and Spray does not store it.
• You are responsible for your stream content and for anything you promise fans (for example goal rewards).
• Keep your password and overlay links private.

4. Sprays are gifts

A spray is a voluntary gift to a creator. Fans do not buy goods or services, and creators are not obliged to give anything in return. Sprays are not refundable, except where a payment failed, was charged twice, or was made fraudulently.

5. What is not allowed

• Using Spray for anything illegal, including fraud, money laundering, betting, or content involving minors.
• Using stolen cards or accounts, or asking fans to send money for things you will not deliver.
• Hateful, threatening or sexual messages. Creators can block words, and we may remove messages.

We can pause or close an account that breaks these rules, and we work with Monnify and the authorities where the law requires it.

6. Platform rules

Creators are responsible for following the rules of the platforms they stream on, including TikTok, YouTube and Twitch. Spray includes a "link in bio only" option for creators who prefer not to show payment details on stream.

7. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Spray running, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Payout timing depends on Monnify and the banks. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees Spray earned from your account in the three months before the claim.
